PROBLEM

JLL manages a 2-floor indoor parking garage. No temperature control in the space resulted in astronomical electrical costs to prevent the sprinkler pipes from freezing during the winter.

SOLUTION

Temperature and carbon monoxide control provided the necessary visibility to optimize the ventilation and heating systems.  With just 2.2 months of operation the project paid for itself.
